My Goals:
My goals are to be as healthy as possible by,
1) losing 40 lbs.,
2) exercising minimum 10 mins/daily.



My Program:
Using SP calorie tracker And a Fitbit activity tracker.
For exercise-at minimum 10 minutes/day of either hand weights, walking, Pilates, recumbent bike.

Personal Information:
I live in Southern Oklahoma and some of the year in North Carolina. I have been overweight by 40 plus lbs most of my adult life. The most I have weighed is 211... This last year I weighed 160 for my 45th Class Reunion in Texas. I weigh 175 as of today, 9-29-13.

Other Information:
I have 2 grown sons and 2 grandsons ! I take care of my mother. I think sometimes mother helps me more than I help her. I am blessed.
