Determined to Succeed Though Stuck

In the past 4 years haven't been able to get any lower than 165. I seem to be stuck between 170 and 180. When we travel, I can gain 7-12 lbs in 10 days (no binging). It takes me 4 months to lose the weight I gained in spite of monitoring eating and exercising at Curves. Very discouraging!

I joined SP 8/17/09. Am tracking food and exercise. Love the motivational features of SP!

Current Status:
BKSTORYTELLER is celebraiting a 28 day "streak"! Includes exercising 7 days a week: 5 days for 30-45 minutes and 2 days for 10 minutes. She also meditates for 5-10 minutes a day. Thanks, Spark Guy!

Thank you for the flowers. Sorry the thanks is delayed as I have been lax in keeping up with SP. We are traveling and I just barely log in my exercise and nutritions, get my daily spark points and update my status and journal. So much to do to keep the streaks going. emoticon

Thanks for your comment on my sparkpage. Glad you're doing so well after your surgery. After losing weight I'm surprised you needed breast reduction - I went down a couple of sizes so I'm at a very full B or a small C right now. I did lose 85 pounds though since last Fall and I really have to dig deep and stay sparked to keep it off now! This is the first time I have lost weight though that I didn't lose the weight and gain all of it back within 1 year so I'm encouraged that this will be it! Hope to see you up well enough to go back to your walking again soon and have a great weekend.

I am so glad your doing good and will be back to curves soon!!! it will so make you feel better and you will be at your goal soon i bet too..
well i walk a lot.. and go on treadmill.. or go bike riding.. just a lot of little things to mix up each day.. aos do Wii fit and sometiomes exercise DVD.. and of course weights.. all that helps.. keep in touch.. so glad to hear from you!! Hugs Geri
