giving the obese beast a fit makeover

i'm try'in to get a whole lot fitter and staying ahead of my back pain(I have degenerative disc's). I've had one back surgery and don't want no more. I want to play with my 4 and 5 year olds, run, bike, and go swimming while looking good in trunks. I also want to quit seeing the family doctor less and get off most if not all my medications.

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.

I went from 233 to 200(bounce from 204 to 198). I have been forcing pretty strict discipline on myself with the occasional treat worked into my daily calorie intake. I should say I have gotten better at controlling my break downs.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

I make sure I exercise everyday by doing something except holding down the sofa or taste testing all the food in the house to see if its all right to eat.

Hey, BLACKWOLF88.

To answer your question on my page--I'm still 39 pounds away from my goal.

Trying to stay in the game one meal, one workout at a time.

Have another great week!

I will admit it, your making me look bad. I rode my stationary bike( ended up in the same spot I started, LOL) for 36 minutes( 9 miles) and then did my total gym workout for 26 minutes, sit-ups with band, and then I did the crunches. I only got 50 in a row. I sweated off 3 pounds, but i'll put that back on with water. But geez, 100 of them, ouch! I Expect 101 next time! emoticon emoticon emoticon

As soon as I saw your question I layed down and did crunches till I maxed out at 100. Main my muscles hurt a bit afterward, and feel a bit warmer. emoticon

I'm planning to get in 100 crunches today. Not sure I can do more than that with out a pause in between. I've gotten 230 in before, but not all at the same time, just on the same day. emoticon
