I'm back also. The weddings are over and I took a few months off. ANd of course along with that came gaining 20 lbs....Grrrr
But It could have been worse as they say.
I got back into the swing of it all on Monday morning and am happy to say 5 slid off pretty easily but just getting back to the plant based life style.
I think I'm addicted to those Kale shakes now. You can really pack a lot of veggies and fruit in there. LOL
My garden gave up some zucchini's this week so we are having zucchini spaghetti. No pasta but strips of zucchini noodles instead. Only 28 calories per cup and you will not miss the empty calories of pasta.
