BLESS2BHOME4 is back and ready to get this body in shape!

I seemed to always have some sort of weight issue in my life, rollercoastering up and down. Things changed though, I started to climb up and then plateau to 200 pounds. Really not gaining or losing much at all. I did though lose quite a bit of weight during 2006-2008 time period. I know the reason why, I was busy moving around chasing kids, I was babysitting for a few friends and the kids kept me moving. Chasing after them, clmbing over gates, carrying them etc...I was always on the ...

My eating habits during that time period never changed though. I basically eat the same way and the same amount. Today, that is not working any longer. I am finding that by not eating breakfast, hardly eating lunch that I am beyond hungry at supper time. I overeat at supper and then just can not seem to stop eating till I go to bed. I have tried not eating as much during this time period, but I am finding that all I think about are the different types of food that is out in the kitchen area, or in out stockpile area. I have also thought of how I better get my share of that food, or snack item. How horrible is that!

Then a friend mentioned the book, Made to Crave by Lysa Terkeurst. Wow! Opened up my eyes that I for one had replaced God with food. I know I have. I rely on food to comfort me etc....

Time to change, Starting today!
