My Goals:
My main goal is to be a healthy, fit Grandma. I want to be able to really play with the kids and be active with them.

My Program:
I am counting calories and staying on the lower side of carbs while eating healthy fats in moderation.

I really like your idea of putting cinnamon in your yogurt to resist the French toast. It makes sense to me to get a similar taste in a healthier form.

I also like your idea of making notes on your phone. I carry a small notebook in my purse to jot down thoughts that crossed my mind.

Health first is a book that my dr recommended that is a food plan I guess. Not finding it really a diet. it is called
Health first By Dr Steve Hirsch you can google it but doesn't tell you much on his page. It is pretty straight forward, nothing strange, I just laugh cos compared to what I was eating, it is less food which in reality is the proper portions. lol
