Tired of Yo-Yo-ing!

Hi There!
I'm Sara from SoCal and I'm tired of yo-yo dieting. I'm also tired of seeing my weight going bonkers all over the scale. I've pretty much tried all the fad diets and finally accepted the fact that there's just no short cut with long lasting results *Sigh*. So the hard/proper way it is lol.
I want to get back down to a healthy weight, feel great and energized!

You hurt your ankle? How is it healing? I hurt mine too, stepped off the sidewalk, while I was looking at my phone.. tsk tsk! xD This was a couple of months ago now? And I still gotta soak it in epsom salts. Going back to the doctor if it don't quit bugging me. Wishing you a speedy recovery also!

Hey lady!!! How's bulletproof going?? I'm starting my Whole 30, but deciding to take it for 60 days instead. 5 months of no cardio now is killin me!
