I've gained 23 pounds in the last two years. 10 of those pounds I needed, but the other 13 really need to go!

Most of the last 13 were gained since the beginning of August due to physical activity restrictions after surgery. I plan to chart my food and exercise to find a combination that will get me back to fitting in my clothes.

I hope to reach my target by April 1st, 2013.

I'm developing a 30 day eating plan to give myself loads of variety while maintaining my calorie range, keeping high fiber, keeping carbs/protein/fats in proper ratios.

My Goals:
Main goal is to fit in my clothes again through combination of healthy diet and daily exercise. No precise weight in mind except I know from experience I'd need to be 118 without exercise, but could weigh as much as 124 if it's lean mass.

My Program:
Tracking food to see where I'm going wrong. Starting out with 10 minutes per day of exercise and will build up to 20. Planning to hike and trail run when weather permits.
