My current exercise routine consists of having lots of stairs in my house and being forgetful.

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose about 15 pounds. I am a vegetarian so a sub-goal within my main goal is to make sure I get enough protein each day, which I normally don't do, and I know is essential to successful weight loss. I would also like to improve my cardio health and be able to go for a run again without feeling like my heart is attacking me! So there you have it.
My Program:
Track nutrition every day, keep water intake up, walk/run or do strength training 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
Personal Information:
I live in the Seattle, WA area with my husband and our two sons. I have a degree in Psychology but am currently a SAH mom keeping an eye out for that perfect part time job that won't take away anything from my number one priority, my family. My interests are comedy, reading, health, fitness, nutrition, music, art, gardening, traveling and long, romantic walks to the fridge.
