Thanks, you too!I haven't really tried coconut oil for frying except once a long time ago and it had a sweetness to it which I didn't prefer.I think I'll stick to grilling, baking, etc and fry when I crave it.This way of eating is easy and I'm ready!

But it'll be a little easier when I can add low carb ice cream, cakes or cookies...your pics looked so good!

both you and hubby are doing so great with this type of lifestyle! Do you have any opinions about the use of artificial sweeteners (asked in a chat)? I've primarily allowed myself 4 stevias a day and want to keep up the momentum.

I used tilapia, coconut flour, and canola oil...My fish was a fail, but the chicken was BOMB! I actually preferred the fish grilled or sauteed. It's amazing what the proper diet will do for health. The fight against disease gets easier. So glad

Yes we do! Lmbo...I actually have tried the fried fish and chicken but with coconut flour which turned out good. The whole family loved it and was surprised. Just showed my husband the blog and he's on board. #lifestylechanges
