2013...Back to the grind!

Hi! My name is Lindsay and I'm 27 years old. I have been sparking for close to 3 years, but went on a 1 year hiatus after losing 30 pounds. During this time, I gained back all of the weight that I had previously lost, got married, bought a house, and am about to finish my second year of a 3 year MBA program. I have been BUSY!

My Goals:
My primary goal is to lose weight and obtain a healthy BMI. I also would like to change my diet habits significantly - no more fast food! And get back into a workout routine to build strength and tone my muscles.

My Program:
Right now, I am focusing on these small goals:

-7-8 hours of sleep a night
-10 min of exercise a day
-2 veggies/fruits per day


"Official" Weigh-Ins once a week, on Mondays

Thank you girly! You're right - shoot - this time tomorrow I'll be there. It will get done. Life will go on. I just have to talk down Miss Irrational in my head that is making this out to be a bigger monster than it is. I know you know what it is like - craziness, but a very real emotional problem to deal with!

PS - Jamie said if I cry, I can't have the slurpee. So I am REALLY going to try not to cry! I feel bad for the poor staff though - I'm sure they see this alot, but I'm sure they are tired of dealing with adult babies like us lol. I stopped crying every time I went to the doctor for a cold once I found one that I really liked and built trust with her. But this blood thing? Ohhh man, the challenge is ON.
