HOWDY! I am not doing MF right now, but I am trying to do mini-meals and using up the rest of my MF foods (I still have so much!). I am finding it so tough to go all MF after eating real foods - plus, I have found a way to balance what I eat, drink and exercise and lose weight. It's all about consistency and this holiday season wasn't kind in that way!
Baton Rouge, Louisiana. There are actually two centers here in the city. It never occurred to me that not everywhere has them! That's awesome you get discounted food. I've never ordered online so I'm not sure what the cost there is but I do have to pay extra for using the center. But with that I get an a nutritionist that sees me every week and she monitors my blood pressure and food journal and I get these little journal books. They also have this biometric scanner thing that shows you weight, lean muscle mass, and fat percentage in your body throughout. It's not looking so good now but later lol 50 days ago

Thanks for your comment on my "Seriously Struggling" blog. You're absolutely right that I need to just feel the feelings. I try to suppress them and it just doesn't work.
