Hello. Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your encouragement. Hope you like your SPAT as much as I like mine. I got mine mostly to motivate me to move more, while making it a little more fun. It's done that and more. I am less caught up on the variances that seem to annoy others, as my objective is much different.
Feel free to borrow the 100 Days of Accountability if you like. I did exactly the same from another sparkfriend whose idea it was. She has given it up long ago, but I like how it keeps me plugged in to fitness and health.
