Getting Healthy

2016 is going to be my year to finally get healthy. This is something I need to do.
I am starting over yet again. I am setting some new goals for myself. I am going to take baby steps instead of trying to do it all at once.
I WILL do it one pound at a time, one step at a time and one day at a time. BUT I will do it.
