I WILL CHANGE!

I am going to change. I have been on Sparks people for 3 years. I have lost and I have gained. I have had great excuses for gaining, surgeries, being in a wheel chair. But the REAL REASON is that I am LAZY. I don't like to exercise. I find myself sitting for long periods just thinking and about nothing important. I also sit in front of a Computer to play a lot. It's not that I don't own a treadmill and I won a Sparks exercise video. I have lots of exercise videos. I spend time wishing I was ...

I get more gung-ho when I read my spark friends pages. So help me not be LAZY and get going. P.S. Whats the cure for uncontrollable chocolate-itis? I am open for help in this one. It is my worse diet sabotage..................................

: I HAVE HAD 7 SURGERIES IN 7 YEARS. IT'S LIKE I AM ALWAYS RECUPERATING. I QUIT SPARKSPEOPLE WHEN I GOT CANCER. MY IDEA WAS THAT MY LIFE WAS GOING TO BE TOO SHORT FOR IT TO MATTER.... WRONG! I NOW HAVE 20 MORE POUNDS TO LOSE THAN I DID BEFORE MY CANCER SURGERY. SO IT'S BACK TO CALORIE AND PORTION CONTROL FOR ME. I AM LIMITED ON EXERCISING BUT I AM GONNA MAKE IT WORK.

I want to be healthier. I need to lose weight to get there. I am not a fanatic about losing weight, I eat what I like. I am also trying to help my family eat healthier.

Using my nutrition tracker to make sure I eat appropriate amounts. Using my fitness tracker to make sure I burn enough calories to help me lose the way.
