Hey! Thanks for the comment on my blog... as for the journal... you go to "My Tools" then click on "Planner" under that tab there is a calendar and your journal. Then you can add, view or delete your journal entries. :) Have fun. You should do a blog post on your to-go boxes as a weightloss tool. People could make them to take along to put 1/2 their food in before they start eating without feeling weird about asking for a to-go box before they start eating. :) You could motivate someone.
