Strength

I'm in pretty good shape. At my heaviest, I was 175 lbs. I must have been that way for a while until enough was enough and I lost 40 lbs using Weight Watchers and participating in a small group training program. It's been nearly four years since I lost the weight and I haven't really gained much back, though I can tell some of the muscle definition I had has faded when I stopped going to the gym so often.

There are three areas which challenge me:
- I have a terrible sweet ...
I'm in pretty good shape. At my heaviest, I was 175 lbs. I must have been that way for a while until enough was enough and I lost 40 lbs using Weight Watchers and participating in a small group training program. It's been nearly four years since I lost the weight and I haven't really gained much back, though I can tell some of the muscle definition I had has faded when I stopped going to the gym so often.

There are three areas which challenge me:
- I have a terrible sweet tooth. I struggle to stop eating without something sweet to end the meal.
- Start strong, end weak: I'm great at having healthy and low-calories breakfasts and lunches. Evenings get me -- I love to snack at night, as well as consume alcohol (which makes me hungry, fills me with empty calories, and lowers my inhibitions to eat!)
- It's difficult to motivate myself when it comes to the gym. I love to do physical activity but it's the getting going that I struggle with.
