Here is my ever developing strategy from this day forward and through the challenge:

1.Increase my strength sessions to 35 minutes per session, 3x per week. GOAL met - my sessions are 40 min long and I am keeping it there for now(6/28/16)

Still continuing to get to make 2-9 into habits as of 6/28/16

2. Make a point of checking in on my challenge teams on a more regular basis -- at least 3x per week rather than 1 or no time per week.
3 Read and respond to teammates blogs when time permits.
4. Check Friend Feed and respond on a mostly daily basis.
5. Blog at least once a week on how I am progressing.
6. Become more proactive about planning healthy meals -
7. Make a copy of these strategies and goals so that I can:
8. Review this set of goals daily.
9. Revise and tweak monthly as necessary throughout 2016.

10. Keep on pushing no matter what!!! as of 6/28/16 - still pushing and getting ever so slowly closer to my healthy weight!!!

    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Time to get gifts in the mail.
    It's the busiest day of the year.
    So get them on their way.
    They need to be packed & stuffed
    Full of gifts & goodies you'll send.
    Wrap them so pretty, with ribbons & bows
    Don't forget to include the tags that say
    ""Don't open till Christmas Day.""

    ~~ emoticon emoticon ~~~~~~12th DAY OF CHRISTMAS~~~~~~ emoticon emoticon ~~
    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
    I can't believe Christmas is so near. emoticon
    To make it a special time of year.
    We've got the time to decorate the tree. emoticon
    For everyone to see.

    We'll add green and red lights. emoticon
    That will shine through the nights.
    Add the ornaments, old and new. emoticon
    So full of memories, too.

    From all the branches they'll hang, emoticon
    Reminding us of songs we sang.
    At the top we'll add the star, emoticon
    which will be seen from near & far.

    Underneath the tree will be gifts & toys, emoticon
    For all the girls and boys.
    Yes, we will have time in the next 12 days, emoticon
    for celebrating all the wonder, cheer & joy.

    emoticon emoticon Christmas Joys emoticon emoticon

    Evergreen boughs that fill our homes, with fragrant Christmas scents,
    Hearts filled with the loving glow that Christmas represents;
    Christmas cookies, turkeys stuffed, festive holly berry,
    little faces bright with joy, loved ones being merry;
    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
    Parties, songs, beribboned gifts, silver bells that tinkle,
    Christmas trees and ornaments, colorful lights that twinkle;
    Relatives waiting with open arms, to smile and hug and kiss us;
    These are some of the special joys, that come along with Christmas.

    emoticon emoticon Recipe for Christmas All Year Long emoticon emoticon

    Take a heap of child-like wonder that opens up our eyes.
    To the unexpected gifts in life— each day a sweet surprise.
    Mix in fond appreciation for the people whom we know;
    Like festive Christmas candles... each one has a special glow.
    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
    Add some giggles and some laughter and a dash of Christmas food,
    (Amazing how a piece of pie Improves our attitude!)
    Stir it all with human kindness and wrap it up in love and peace,
    Decorate with optimism, and our joy will never cease.
    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
    If we use this healthy recipe, we know we will remember
    To be in the Christmas spirit, even when it's not December.

    emoticon emoticon My Christmas Tree emoticon emoticon

    It's time to get my Christmas Tree
    I wonder what kind it will be..
    Will it be short..will it be tall?
    Will it be large, will it be small?
    It's really hard to tell..
    But it must have that evergreen smell
    I finally found the perfect one.
    So choosing my Christmas Tree was done.
    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
    I put on many strings of lights
    I hung colored bulbs, and candy canes.
    It really looked so bright.
    I wanted to make it look just right.
    So I knew this Christmas Tree
    Was the one that looked beautiful to me.
    Will you find your Christmas Tree
    That will be the perfect one for you?
