One thing that might help is to set one or two small goals, and keep at it until they become habit. I am currently working on trying to walk at least 3,000 steps every day. I am also trying to drink a glass of water every morning when I first wake up. Two very small things, but they are stepping stones to larger goals. When I last rebooted my efforts to lose weight, I had about 100 lbs to lose. But, my target is only 25 pounds. Because, if I lose 5 pounds, I seems like a big deal, and honestly, it is!!! But, it is too easy to downplay or lose track of your success when weighed against the entirety of the weight left to lose. So, don't set yourself up for failure, set yourself up for success!
