Thanks for the comment on my blog :) It's been a huge help to not step on the scale. I skipped my usual weigh in day (today) and just went to have breakfast and work out. I figure I'll keep eating right and working out and finishing challenges and the weight will take care of itself.
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling out of sick. Hopefully that will clear up soon. Fluids, vitamins, etc (and all that jazz)
