I'm a wife, mother, and grandmother. I really enjoy my family. I live in the country so sometimes its hard to exercise everyday. I push myself to get up and exercise daily. I look forward to being in the best shape I have been in along time. The picture I posted is from October of 2011. That is when I realized that I have had enough. and I have lost 25 pounds since then, and have not kept up the work so know I'm back at it to loose the rest of the weight that I have to loose

My Goals:
I would like to lose weight and get in better shape. I would like to like the way that I look. Its hard looking in the mirror and not liking the way you look in your own clothes.

My Program:
I'm eating better, and making myself exercise everyday. I will also make sure that I keep up the exercising and make healthier meals for my family and myself.

Personal Information:
I'm from Idaho, but currently live in Kansas. I'm happly married and have great kids and grandkids.

Thanks for the comment on my blog :) It's been a huge help to not step on the scale. I skipped my usual weigh in day (today) and just went to have breakfast and work out. I figure I'll keep eating right and working out and finishing challenges and the weight will take care of itself.

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling out of sick. Hopefully that will clear up soon. Fluids, vitamins, etc (and all that jazz)
