Getting off the sidelines and back into Life.

I started my journey on here just over a year ago. I was wanting to get in shape for my wedding. Life and such threw me curves and I didn't reach all my goals but I reached a whole lot.
Sure it would be great to wear a awesome swim suit this year during the summer, but my real goal is to get healthy and be happy with me.
I've made so many changes since joining. I work out more, I make better food choices, I drink water all the time. I find I don't have time to sit around and ...

I've made so many changes since joining. I work out more, I make better food choices, I drink water all the time. I find I don't have time to sit around and watch t.v. while stuffing my face with junk. The best part is, I'm a RUNNER now. That's right, you might not think that I would be but I am.
Every day is a choice, I can make great healthy ones or I can go the other way. It's my choice no one else's. That being said if I decide to splurge good for me. Food is no longer in control of me and my life.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! We are on the same team in the challenge! I just realized that! The boys had so much fin with their mustaches! They went to day camp the next day wearing them and everyone got a good laugh! I saw a car mustache on my way to work yesterday and had to look them up! I want one so bad! My boys would love it!
