Trying to finally reach my goal!!!

Trying to get my goal weight of 124. I have lost a large amount of weight previoustly but I did not make a life long change and that led me to gain weight back. My heavies weight was 216 and the lowest I have gotten to is 148. This time I started at 209 and have so far lost 59 pounds. I am joining Spark People to get support & learn to loose the weight for good & how to maintain it for LIFE.

My Goals:
I would like to learn to eat only when I am hungry
,not when I am stressed or bored.

My Program:
I am tracking my food, staying within my calorie range, doing cardio 3-4 times a week, and making sure to drink plenty of water.
