It has been a while! I am remotivated. Thank God! I joined Planet Fitness and went once a week. Now I am excited to go more often. I really like it, and there is no pressure, but I feel better already. Eating better makes me fell better too. I cannot wait to have great salad with my favorites today and to pick strawberries tomorrow. I am healthiest in the summer. 1095 days ago
Hey yo, good to hear from you. I don't think you were fat, or maybe I just don't like to hear people call themselves fat! I don't think I'm fat for the record, either, LOL. I want to lose 14 lbs... not much, but 14 lbs of fat, no lean mass gain. I'm still pretty strong.
Not all my activity was cardio etc. I have been remodeling my sister's bathroom and put up about 90 feet of 6 foot fence panels. A lot of it comes from remodeling/construction work. Additionally I've been doing workouts from, "You are your own gym", in which you workout at home. Push-up variations, pull-ups off doors, power/plyo squats, etc.
That and running of course. I have purposefully kept off marathon training so I can lose weight (and I hate not marathon training but I have lost weight). I've been doing other types of cardio for variety, but have been bored with them. And I don't like being bored.
So hopefully I can drop this last size quickly and get back to runnin' :) 1137 days ago
