- When you've maintained for 5 years the likelihood of regain drops to 27%!

As an athlete ( 25 years ago) I was very good.

By January 2012 I was very bad......

Hey yo, good to hear from you. I don't think you were fat, or maybe I just don't like to hear people call themselves fat! I don't think I'm fat for the record, either, LOL. I want to lose 14 lbs... not much, but 14 lbs of fat, no lean mass gain. I'm still pretty strong.

Not all my activity was cardio etc. I have been remodeling my sister's bathroom and put up about 90 feet of 6 foot fence panels. A lot of it comes from remodeling/construction work. Additionally I've been doing workouts from, "You are your own gym", in which you workout at home. Push-up variations, pull-ups off doors, power/plyo squats, etc.

That and running of course. I have purposefully kept off marathon training so I can lose weight (and I hate not marathon training but I have lost weight). I've been doing other types of cardio for variety, but have been bored with them. And I don't like being bored.

So hopefully I can drop this last size quickly and get back to runnin' :)

I saw the snow on your island on the news... you can ski write in your country, no need to fly away!

I sometimes get students in my voice lessons that only come because they were told they could not sing. Some learn to sing very nicely with some practice. Maybe you would too?

I feel like trying to guess your uncle's name since you say he was very famous... did he composer the music of the James Bond movies or the music of Four Weddings and a Funeral? These are the only 2 British film music composers I know out of the blue.

ups... the tempo of the song is rather slow... you might only be able to use it for your recovery sessions at the gym. I better post the recoding of I got rhythm to make you sweat.
