New Beginnings - This Will Be the Year!

February 17, 2010: I have gone for 50 days without binge eating - Woo Hoo! As a reward for reaching 30 days (January 27) I purchased a new treadmill. I am currently on Week 3 of the Couch to 5k program and am loving it! It makes you feel so strong! It's funny, I've come full circle with fitness equipment. I started out with a treadmill years ago, sold it when we moved into our current home (a little over 4 years ago) and purchased an elliptical. Sold that about a year ago and got a stationary bike and a bowflex, and am now back to using a treadmill again! Still have the bike and bowflex though! (still using them!) I am currently in a very busy time at work and will be this way for the next few months so please forgive me if I don't interact as often! I'm still always thinking of all of my fabulous Spark Friends - You guys ROCK!!

January 14, 2010: I haven't had the time to blog, so I thought I'd leave a little update on my mini-goal - I am proud to say I am more than half-way to meeting this goal - I have gone for 16 days without binge-eating - Woo Hoo!

January 2, 2010: The New Year is a great time to take stock and re-examine goals. My number one goal this year is to stop yo-yoing up and down with my weight and get a handle on my binge eating (this is my greatest downfall). I'm determined to fix this negative behavior. I will also continue to attend my Weight Watchers meetings. My meeting and check-in day is Saturday.
