Feeling great today. My skinny jeans are getting too big! And this top is a medium from American Eagle!

Here's the difference 100 pounds makes.

Fifteen pounds down and high waisted bikini bottoms means a more confident Jan-Marie!

I have 80 pics in my gallery

I want to be happy and healthy and feel good about my body and myself.

My Program:
Use the nutrition tracker every day.

Do cardio 3-4 times a week.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
I'm a 25 year old recent college grad with a Master's in Educational Research and Evaluation. I'm from Ohio but I am a Bobcat NOT a Buckeye.

I'm currently living in Michigan, east of Ann Arbor.

I'm 5'8" and started my journey at 274.8 pounds.

A healthy weight for me would be from 121-164 but I'm aiming for around 155.

I married J.D., the love of my life, on November 15, 2014.

Don't let that Whiny Rhino get you down. You are featured because your perseverance is inspiring. I haven't been on in while-I got KU in November- but your blog the first place I visit when I come back, I would be so sad to see your page go into hiding. You and JD are looking happy and healthy, and that is something to be proud of! Take care!

I just read your featured blog on my email and wanted to say thank you. It sounds like that member is jealous. But more than that he is envious. Why envy you? Because no matter how much he loses he will not attract people to his blogs. People read your blogs because you are real and 'fighting the fight' just like the rest of us. I have regained weight but I have not given up. That's what I get and it helps me to know there are other "imperfect" people out there just like me. Kudos!

I'm glad I could be of some amusement, haha!! Geez I wish I could get 50 miles in a week! I'll get there eventually (I hope). I've heard of that problem a lot with the tights for taller guys. My husband is about 175 and 5'11" and wears a large in tights, but wears a medium in all his other clothes! I just don't understand why they make them run so small. I would suggest trying Gore products because out of all of our stuff it seems to last the longest, but I feel like they run smaller than all the other brands. Has he tried UnderArmour compression shorts? My brother is about 6'3 and 255 lbs and usually gets an XL and they fit him well. Might be worth a try! Of course they don't have the chamois but hey, might be more comfy! emoticon emoticon

Thanks for the Whole30 input - it's super appreciated. A long time ago I ate raw and it was great - I felt great and was in some of the best shape of my life. The dowside was once I started dating my now husband I realized that maintaining a raw diet was almost impossible outside of my own kitchen - and even there when I was cooking for two.

I'm going to read food labels this week and see if I can determine how drastic my elimination would be. I'm so glad it's so effective for you - you've made quite the difference in your life!
