Hi, all! I am from Nebraska and I am a wife and mom to two teenagers. I work in the computer industry. I found my weight increasing with the sedentary job I have. I have worked to lose weight and hit a plateau...I am looking for a little motivation to get those last poounds off! I exercise daily either walking or cardio and strength training at the gym. I love wearing pedometers and tracking my workouts and I also keep a food journal!

Hi Colleen,

They do have snow shoveling listed as an exercise cardio. Omaha should move up after today, Lets get out there and start racking up those minutes.

Stay warm and do not blow away. Sounds vicous out there. emoticon

P.s. to emoticon is the closest I could get to a snow shoveler.
