College student that wants to do her "College After-Life" right

I'm a 22 year old senior in college with one more year of school left (as I'm staying an extra semester) and 23 pounds left to go in my weight loss goals. -Get down to 181 by Thanksgiving

-Get into the 170's by Christmas

-Reach 170 by March

-Reach goal weight of 160 by July

-Stop binge eating/learn portion control

My Program:
-Count calories through calorie cycling where I'll be eating the equivalent of 1,500 calories a day but divided throughout the week in a calorie cycling pattern

-Do Zumba 3 times a week

-Go to the gym once a week

-Do my SparkPeople Calorie Blast DVD once a week

Choose your goal and keep your eye on it. Never give up.
