Here to try and keep motivated and get support for my efforts to lose 150+ pounds!

My Program:
-Daily walking goal of 10k steps
-Daily water goal and only one drink per day that has calories (soda, juice, etc)
-In addition to trying to meet 10k steps per day do 10 minutes of cardio per day.
