Just a little bit better than yesterday...

That is my goal. Just to be a little better than I was yesterday.

I am back, and beginning again. My life is pretty stressful at the moment, so I am working on making my fitness routines as simple and stress free as possible - one day at a time.

My Goals:
My first goal is to reach 170 lbs.

I chose that goal because I have managed to lose weight a few times before - but 179 was the absolute lowest weight I have ever reached. Once I get to 170, I may actually try to maintain that for a while - just to see what it feels like.

I also have a wedding in my future, and I would like to look good in my wedding dress :)

My Program:
Right now...

I am starting over again with my boyfriend, Renlibrarian.

Once I figure it out, I'll let you know all about it :)

Other Information:
I love to read, sing when no one is listening, play with my little munchkin, do anything outdoors - including camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking, skiing, organic gardening, and I'll try just about anything.

hey girl! how's your week been going? I had a hard time sticking to my raw goals the last few days- I was camping with no power, and no fridge. It's hard to keep food from spoiling with no fridge, and no blender makes it rough too. Oh well, today's another day :) Anywho, just wanted to get back at ya about that sunflower pate- it's super easy. I just throw 2-3 cups of soaked & sprouted sunflowers in the food processor or blender with 1/2 -1 cup tahini, some lemon juice, garlic, onion, chives, dash of celtic salt, and anything else I have lying around. Spinach, red peppers, etc... Pretty much just adjust it to taste. It keeps well for about 5-7 days. Hope you like it :)
