I'm doing good. I didn't get to workout Monday. I did workout for an hour yesterday and since I usually just do half an hour I made up for it. For my next goal I'm going to try to burn 500 a day exercising it get on 10000 steps.
Oh my you were up early!! You've got more motivation than I do LOL. Of course I do stay home right now. So I guess I know I can get by with fitting my workout in during the day. I do like getting it done earlier (just not as early as you!)
