Life is a continuous journey. Some roads are flat and straight, other and full bumps and turns. Right now, my journey is kind of bumpy but I am up for it. My weight journey has zig zagged quite a bit in the past ten years. I have gotten to a point in my journey, that I have to take care of a few things before I lose control of it all. My weight is one of those things. I am very happy to join other spark people in the quest to look and feel better.

Continue to walk/run at least three times per week.

Do strength exercises three times a week.

Watch calorie intake and alcohol consumption.

Do a race/walk monthly starting in April 2016 until November 2016.

Walk/run the Hartford half-marathon in 10/16

My Program:
Watch alcohol intake

Eat vegetables at least once a day.

Exercise5 days per week- cardio (3days), stretch and strength twice a week.

Practice yoga at least 2 day per week.

Personal Information:
I am ageless. Never married (although I have a partner), no children. I am Puerto Rican. I moved to USA in 1985. Spanish is my first language and I do better with it than with English. I am a happy, easy going person, who like the outdoors. I did not like to eat when I was growing up, that why I was very skinny. I started gaining weigh in my college years That's when I started liking food, also. I believe that women should have curves, that why I'll be happy if I get to 170. I do not want to be a fashion model (not at my age).

Other Information:
I love fiction and one of my favorite writers is the Puerto Rican Ana Lydia Vega. Literature is one of my passion. I also like dancing and going to the movies. I love the outdoors and I prefer to exercise outside.

    Lee here form the Ideal Shape up Challenge you joined. In another week the 12 week challenge will be completed. Actually 3 of us participated, but that was fine
    I will be adding another 15 Day Challenge this time. Matter a fact I will most likely post the 1st week of the 15 day challenge ahead of time, this way everyone can look it over & prepare for it.

    I hope you will decide to join us for this one. The girls are really happy how toned they got /W/ the 12 wk challenge. After each Challenge is over, I'll be posting something different after that.
