i am a full time mother of 3 boys with a part time job....i have a great husband and great friends that support me but most of all I am blessed by the grace of God with all of these wonderful things.

I never imagined i could be an athlete however this summer I am proud to say I completed THREE 1/2 marathons, 2 triathlons, and I climbed the stairs (all 103 floors) of the Willis Tower! I am looking to use these accomplishments as motivation to now take off these extra pounds for ...

My Goals:
i want to fuel my body the way my Creator intended. I want to be a role model for my children. I want to be able to step on a scale and not cringe.

this year i plan on doing one race each month from april till november!

My Program:
food: eating as close to raw foods as i can. minimizing sugars and processed foods.

fitness: Ideally I want to run 3x's per week, strength train 2x's, and add in biking and swimming at least 2 x's each per week.

Other Information:
I am a competitor, I set high expectations for myself and do not like to fail.

Sorry I am just now getting on here. We are doing a pasta dinner at Jenni's house after the beginners clinic on Friday night. It is for all of us that have been training together and our families.
