I'm not a chatty extrovert and really don't know what to say here. I've started a weight loss journey, but feel like a sinking island.
I'm slightly nervous about introducing myself as I seem to always bring out the strange in people.
I've gone through some really rough years, like I'm sure many others have. But after the experiences I've had, I've tuned out the people around me. For now, I feel safer that way. Who knows what the future holds, though.

I found a substitute for coffee if you can get this where you live. It is roasted dandelion herbal root tea. It comes in a tin (like coffee) and is roasted granules (like coffee) and when you add the water it looks like coffee. It also has quite a thick flavour and for me has been a lifesaver. The detox from coffee caused me to want to sleep all day yesterday (which I didn't!). No stimulants whilst my body searches for it's natural equilibrium. Oh, the headaches aren't that good either, but hopefully they'll be gone by today. I also purchased Chai tea satchels for a treat - at 110 cal only one or less a day! Hang in there with me.

You are right, now that you have led my thoughts in that direction the sausage and bun did actually drain my energy, and probably the wine combined also as they are all not doing my health kick any good! Live and learn eh? I'm feeling tired just thinking about it LOL Off to bed now, nite! emoticon
