Bonidale Team Leader Vegan Fitness and Nutrition
I have always been an active person involved in sports. I am 64 years old. Seven years ago I began race-walking. I have completed five half marathons. I am currently training to run a five k. I was glad to hear about this website in Runner's World which will help me track the nutrients in my diet. I am the co-team leader of the Vegan Fitness and Nutrition Team. The pictures on this page were taken by my Comox home where I lived for a brief time. The only snowfall we had all year. I love gardening, reading, walking, supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Schizophrenia Society and hunting up articles of interest to my team members.
