My Goals:
Now that I have made it all the way from a size 24 to a size 10, and have sweated my way from obese to overweight to a healthy BMI, my next fitness goal is to do a pull up!

My Program:
Doing my best every day to practice extraordinary self care, gratitude, meditation, yoga, Pilates, belly dance, push ups, incline body weight rows, gentle stretching, and walking my wonderful service dog.

Personal Information:
So blessed to be a third-generation San Diego native and to be celebrating my 21st year of the love of a lifetime with my gorgeous wife!

Thanks for the advice. I think I will try the cardio thing.
I am not really nervous but extra exercise can't hurt.
Plus, I don't know how much you can add to the exercise tracker.
Is bowling even listed up under the things you can search?

Everyone that grab a hip scarf enjoy shaking it and making the noise. We had a great time tonight. Looking forward to my next class. It was a great experience and I'm still smiling 2 hours later.
