Hey!! You perk up there girl, im not liking the tone of your blogs lately, it sounds like you've got it rough lately! Keto diet has been great so far, but it's not an easy undertaking. I'm begining my 4th week and just now am feeling normal. The benefits of it are amazing though, I really feel like you could really benefit from it with some of your ailments. I do know you love carbs though haha. I've been keeping my net carb level under 20g/day. Net carbs= carbs minus fiber.

I dont know if you reddit at all, but r/keto or r/xxketo are amazing forums and communities for support and knowledge.

Either way i hope you're able to start feeling good and feeling confident! I definitely understand how a job and really eff your home life and mood up. Im on the path for a new one too- just need to find something!

Thanks for the leg comment, I have some big legs for sure! I do the sled pushes at my gym, a lot of squats, lunges, deadlifts, and am adding in step ups. I have been really trying to focus on building my glutes and I don't want my leg muscles to get any bigger! I have a lot of fat on them. I will post this week's leg workout when I hit up legs.

I saw that everyone commented on May 26th (my birthday!) GAH! When's your date (maybe you have no clue yet)? I wish you lived closer we could plan together haha!
