Seriously who do I think I am? I'm 30! There is no excuse for that nonsense. I mean, a drink now and then is not out of the question, but no dinner!? So stupid of me...smh :)

pe.html (I have made similar recipes with all lentils and no meat... also good, but I think including ground meat helps retain some of the original texture of traditional sloppy Joes.)

Oh, and the 1/2 cup dry lentils in the recipe doesn't require 4 cups of water... I just used 2 cups of water that I heated in boiler.
