I want to organize my life in a way, that allows for more (or any) exercise and find the time to care about the food I eat.
Spark people helped me 3 years ago to get a healthier life. Sine Feb 13 I am in a new working situation and the healthy lifestyle has not joined me yet.
At the moment I work up to 17 hours a day (including the work I do at home). My private life is limited to telling my friend and my partner, that the situation will only last till summer.
I am a crafter at heart- always finding little projects and always giving homemade gifts. A passionate vegetarian cook aswell.
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I actually hid from the camera so much I can't find a full body pic at my heaviest. It's only a chest up pic. I added them to the blog, anyway. I am super excited about my progress and can't wait to take the next comparisson shot. I do have some better pics now, they just aren't at my heaviest :-)
Good luck in your search for the best protein powder. I tried hemp protein (ick), soy protein (meh), and whey protein (yum). Some powders have creatine which can cause digestive upset, so check the label.
