Hi Barb,
So glad you dropped me a note hello! I always love to hear from you; you are on of my favorite SP and keep me inspired... hmmm... may be time to write something again. I'm trying to get back in to a routine but it's been difficult; life has become so busy not to mention hic cups of aches and pains that get in the way lol... but I'm trying... quitting is not an option. I'm taking a couple of classes at the gym and walking and hiking with my pup Callie. Hearing from you was the boost I needed today... gonna hit that spin class tonight!
