Hi...you asked about Whole30...it's kind of a Paleo way of eating that you commit to for 30 days...lots of things you cannot have, such as grains and dairy...I'm not sure I will be able to give up cream in my coffee!...but it's really a good way to get rid off all the bad things we are eating now (processed junk in my case) that cause lots of problems and symptoms, not just weight gain. I've been trying to go all day eating this way (except for the 1/2 and 1/2 in the coffee) but I had a bad moment and sugar binge last night. But overall, it was a lot less processed junk throughout the day and it wasn't too hard so...giving it a shot! 581 days ago
