Thank you. After writing blogs and I have written stories before, I guess I have a knack for it. But, I did use things to type off of, just composed it that way. I can anything except what is on that list i mentioned. I eat mostly pork, and beef (limited-not a big fan of it) and fish. I love green beans, beets and squash, when in season. Thank goodness I can have dairy...LOVE it...yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, milk -all my faves! Son;t miss gluten at all! We eat rice and rice noodles if we put it in dishes. If we have bread it is corn products, but corn is best bought organic and we avoid it if it isn't.
We have been super busy too. Too bad about the work on your end though. They are working Bob half to death right now...inventory is coming up. Looking forward to our weekend! Hope you have a good day and weekend coming up! emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Yes, this is my research and I typed some of this information from the booklet I have. I have found it all to be true! I have been doing this over the past 14 months since giving up gluten and seeing how much better I felt. Then as I said one thing led to another and realized I still wasn't feeling as good as I could and knew it was still some food sensitivities. Then I would look online and I have some good help from my local vitamin store and they have been really helpful, especially about my thyroid issues. I take so many supplements now, I feel like a walking vitamin store! Except for my bad knees, which are way better than they were 7 years ago, when I could barely push a grocery cart around a store, I haven't felt this good ever! So many people don't realize what food does to them-even good type foods. Most of them just made me nauseated and some effected my joint pain...so it takes time to figure it out, but glad that I did. I just wanted to share my experience and the information that was helpful to me.
Took a walk out in that 93 degrees today..... emoticon I think it kind of got to me, but I have been worse before. Really tired tonight, but wanted to say hi and see how you are?

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. Bob asked me today how you are handling this heat in your RV...is it good with the AC? Sounds like a great place. By the way, I saw you answer me below, remember I don't know when you do that, there are no notifications from SP that tells me you commented on your own page. Hope work keeps busy for you. I am not liking this heat at all! But, gotta get used to it, can't wait to see what August will be like...NOT!
Have a good night...hope you get more rest. That would be hard in a smaller space and being so close to the neighbors in case the get loud too early or late. emoticon

We don't have pressure washing equipment anymore. They both broke and they are too expensive to replace. Besides there are lots of companies here that do that professionally with very nice machines and can do more. I need to find extra income online. Like data entry for these slow times. The slow times are killing me right now. We had two great days and then everything went down hill, cancellations, and jobs we can't physically do. It stinks. I like steady and when we don't work I get anxiety like today. I was up at 2:20 am and didn't get to sleep until 5 am when Joe got up. Now I'm typing to you instead of what I should be doing. Bills.
Gotta go. I'd rather chat with you anytime.
    hugs Heidi

Good that you are keeping active! He took his bike for a couple spins around the neighborhood yesterday after mowing the grass. I bet you don't miss having to mow grass!!! He would love to do away with yard work forever! emoticon Your place looks so nice and peaceful. Except if those gators come too close! emoticon Are the nearby neighbors ok at night, not noisy or bothersome?
Glad to hear business is doing good. Well, you could always fall back on the power washing, since you used to do it. Yeah, those power washers are not cheap...we bought the cheapest one when we first moved here and it was worthless. We should have took it back, but waited too long before using it. Was like having a the width of a pencil trying to clean with. Geeze! Plus, our water pressure here is not the best! From a well that we share with the park next door. Dumb! We need our own for our park....we even got approved by the county to add more lots and that is going to make water pressure even worse I bet. We need to think about moving eventually. But, we do like it here for the most part.
Keep moving along! My weight I think is glued on! It is so hard to lose right now. Don't know what magic formula yet to get it to move off of me yet! emoticon Now it is getting so hot and I know walking is going to get harder and harder to do outside! Guess I am going to have to dust my bike off after all. emoticon Have a good Sunday and week ahead!
    Later gator, emoticon
