Staying motivated

It's hard to stay motivated when you lack time. I'm a Sous Chef, so yes, I'm around food everyday. I work strange hours, sometimes mornings and sometimes afternoon and evenings. I also work with my husband. I like biking, swimming, walking. I would like to try some other things like tennis. I'm also trying to motivate my husband too.

My Goals:
Basically to stay on track. Iwas a member of weight watchers, and have lost the 25 pounds I wanted to, but I want to stay healthy and stay motivated.

My Program:
I try to walk or bike ride at least 3 or 4 times a week. Soon I will be back to swimming also. I watch and keep track of the food that goes into my mouth.

Personal Information:
I'm a Sous Chef by trade. I love to cook and enjoy finding new ways of cooking healthy food. I live in Florida but grew up in New York. I'm married with no children. Life is good.

Other Information:
For fun, I'm a writer. I belong to a fabulous writing group on line. I've written a novel and trying to find an agent. I'm finishing another first draft, and started a third. This may take forever. I also draw and paint. I enjoy baking but I don't eat desert and my hubby shouldn't either so I don't bake much except at Christmas.

WE need to move over there...it is warmer there than here...I checked weather channel. You are at least 6 degrees warmer than us at night!!! Now I am getting a cold...I swear this is not my month so far! Does it get as cold over there as it does here? We had 48 by early am today....BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I was cold on our evening walk last night and it was 65! BRRRRRRRRRRRR
