My Goals:
Get weight down to 140lbs

Run 3 miles without stopping

Develop a regular fitness routine

Develop a healthy recipe cookbook of foods myself and my daughter like.

Quit Soft Drinks

My Program:
Drink 2 liters of water per day.

Keep food intake under 1400 calories per day.

Eventually cease drinking any form of soft drink.

Go to the gym 3-5 times per week
