Trying to lose the last 15 lbs!

At 15 years old, I weighed 304 lbs, and I was a Lane Bryant size 26/28. I lost 193 lbs following a healthy diet of whole foods and exercise. But over the past year... I've allowed 15 lbs to creep back on. So now I'm back, following a low-carb diet to shed those 15 stubborn lbs, before the weight gain gets any further out of hand!

Enjoy and fill up with seasonal produce! Visit your local farmer's market or take advantage of the bountiful crops from your garden. Add produce to everything you eat, including topping pizza with veggies, adding more vegetables to soups or scrambling eggs with veggies. This enables you to fill up on high-fiber, low-calorie foods rather than unhealthy options!
