I am working on making healthy choices for myself daily. I'm trying to consistently develop a few good habits, so I won't need to waste time and energy "deciding" whether I should pack a healthy lunch for work, walk every day, etc. So that's my focus at the moment.

Good for you, doing the DIET FREE exercise series! That is wonderful! Was it helpful? I couldn't go at the time it was offered. I have been pretty good on activity but the scale is not budging. I get 150 minutes in per week but maybe I need to step up the intensity. Good luck keeping up with the healthy habits!

I was not there because I didn't feel well and cancelled, but they might not have publicized that the room was changed from the original information -- it was changed to be in HSLC 1222 -- is that where you went? Sounds terribly frustrating to go and not find anyone. I don't know what might have happened other than the change in room.

Hey there! How are you? Did you see the hospital wellness dept. is running a series called DietFree 2, for past participants in Diet Free who want to work on some of the "problem" habits. I signed up. I think it begins in mid October. Hope you are enjoying the beginning of fall, I love fall myself, love it when it's cool. Take care, Kathleen
