I'm 39 and a middle school AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) and Language Arts teacher. I worked hard and lost 85 pounds - got 2 pounds from my goal weight - then slowly fell away from my good habits. I've gained back 50 pounds, so I'm back to refocus and relose those pounds. I did it before, so I know I can do it again!
