    HI Jen !! TY SO MUCHERS for the comment under my "Secrets of success" it was the one to do with eating ice cream. It had a fancy glass with a 1/2 cup of sherbert (a servings size) in which I mentioned a very small spoon so we can ENJOY our ice cream as MUCH as we want,,, have it last 15 mins and yet stick a serving size. Am wondering if that has been helpful and if not ,, is it a goal?

    I think I am probably one of the WORSE eaters on Sparks. I DO NOT like veggies,, I WILL do some fruits, but not nearly as much as I should. I have though learned to eat a serving size,,, it's simply AMAZING how many small bags often have 3ish servings in it !! Hey I LOVE chips !! But, what I do now is to take 10 out of the bag,,,, break them into 4 pieces if I can (Depending on size) and slowly enjoy them one by one. NOT connected to a meal. :)

    Perchance are you a soda drinker? I was known as the "PEPSI QUEEN!!" By the majority of my friends. Oh it took me 3 years of eing on Spark to try to conquer this !! At first I went frm regular to diet,,, than off that to orange and bootbeer soda's. THan down to sparking water,,,, flavored. I was starting to drink water water,,, as I was the flavored water. Now I only have the sparkling water when I eat lunch and supper. It was a HARD battle, but I am a member of the 5% Challenge in which we do what we can to lose 5% Of our weight for 8 weeks,,, it is run 4 times a year,, and informally for the other weeks. I read up A LOT about why water is good for me. It HELPED IMMENSELY. I NEEDED to really understand deeper reason than what I knew. Sparks has much to read on this,, and I also read a TON of blogs of others who ALSO hated water, but did learn to enjoy it.

    Now I drink 6 to 8 of water with 2 glasses of sparkling water. OH YEAH !! About 4 yrs ago I grabbed a Pepsi to try,,,, it was actually SO NASTY !! I actually SPIT IT OUT !! So from the "PEPSI QUEEN" to DISCUSSING was a LARGE LEAP !!
