I LOVE MY BEAGLES!!

Hi my name is Jen. I'm 32 I have had a problem with food since I was a kid. I am addicted to food , I cant just have one bowl or one bite I get like hypnotized by food. And for me food has always equaled love, I guess because I've never been able to find love with someone its always been food. I have 2 beagles -rufus and sadie and they are my kids.

black sweatpants, yoga pants, any pants....I can deal with that.
But when everYthing is black or a black background...that gets a little OCD for me, we are talking Goth world.
I use to need a search light for my closet to find the piece I wanted to wear.
Now, I no longer look like I'm auditioning for a vampire movie.
I have color in my cheeks. {and my wrinkles look less noticeable}
that alone is PRICELESS. emoticon

The most important change I've made food wise has been
severely cutting back on STARCHES and getting most of my carbs from non-starch veggies. I satisfy my starch cravings with roasted chickpeas. ( I sometimes eat a whole can instead of a meal). And I found that after doing without STARCHES/SUGAR those crazy cravings really died down. A good book that helped me (I have a tendency towards carb sensitivity)

He has a great diet in appendix 1
