Hi Jen! The Biggest Loser Challenge is a 10 week challenge, made up of 10 teams. We work together to improve our fitness and nutrition, as well as hopefully dropping some of these pounds! lol We have weekly challenges in both fitness and nutrition, which we then report, along with our weight, cardio minutes and strength training minutes, to the all-teams stats, to see how we did against the other 9 teams.
It's a lot of fun and really helps keep people on track with their eating and workouts. Not to mention you get to meet a bunch of great people to help you stay motivated! 28 days ago
