I had reached a goal weight of 180, had a succession of surgeries (shoulder/arm, abdominal wall, back), started weight lifting again, raised my goal weight to 185. Then I had new problems with my other shoulder/arm, and back, and had to stop weight lifting and some other exercises. I've lowered my goal weight again to 180, and am adjusting to the new required caorie budget reduction -- especially sinve much exercise is off the table, again.

My message to help motivate you & ( Especialy ) Me this week is

“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.”

Hi Boppy,

Thank you for your blog comment on Tuneup Tuesday in 2 ways. It's great that you are challenging yourself through am. workouts. Be careful your back doesn't rebel ...no pain, no gain...is not the best recommended route for many of us. Let your body guide you as to your physical movement.

Have a wonderful active week!
