Lee ( BOPPY_ )

I'm a 67 year old married male who lives in New Hampshire.

I had lost 101 lbs in 80 weeks before joining SparkPeople. (I started with another program at 306 pounds, and was 205, when I joined SP.)

I changed my goal weight to 185, today, to accomodate my body's tolerance to weight lifting. Now, I'm trying to stabilize at 185 +/- 2 lbs range.

BTW, "Boppy" is what my Grandson started calling me when he was 2 years old. He's now 10. He dubbed, my wife, Beth, ...

BTW, "Boppy" is what my Grandson started calling me when he was 2 years old. He's now 10. He dubbed, my wife, Beth, "Mimi", about the same time. He still calls us by these names, today. And, so we shall both be known by the family ...

Pet peeves: censorship and wading through religious blather (pardon the redundancy) to get to any topic!

I've (a) had the back surgery, (b) raised my maintenance weight to 185, and (c) had begun working out religiously (if you'll excuse the expression ;-)). Have eased up recently to accommodate bum knees, and weight maintenance has become an issue, but I expect to have that under control by 2014-02-15.

This Halloween there's something new.
emoticon
A sweet surprise that's called a "Boo".
A friendly "goblin" left it here
To spread a little "ghostly" cheer.
It's not a fright; it's not a scare, it's just a secret smile to share.
To get you in the Halloween mood, you've officially now been "boo'd".
It's your turn, now you're the one to pass along some "spooky" fun,
To friends who'd love a special "treat",
And let them know you think they're sweet!
'Cause it's for sure this little gift will give their "spirits" quite a lift.
Enjoy this latest, greatest way to celebrate this "ghoulish" holiday.
