My Goals:
CURRENT GOAL:

Get to 141 lbs, which is the max number for the "healthy" weight range for my height. (I'm 5'3" and 104-141 is defined as the "healthy" weight range for that height).

8/25/14: 10 lbs. away.





My Program:
1. 300 or more mins. of exercise/week. Combo of strength training & cardio. Strength train 2-3 days/week; moderate-high intensity cardio at least 3 days/week.

2. Eat real food & choose the healthy route most of the time. Live the 80-20 rule: "Because while you should always aim to eat healthy most of the time, aiming for about 80% of the time gives you that wiggle room every sane person needs to still enjoy themselves."

3. Check in to SparkPeople & blog re: how things are going. This helps me stay accountable & get the encouragement I need.



Personal Information:
I'm a blues singer from Cambridge, MA. I am very lucky to be able to pursue my passion in life (music). I love to bike and I use my bike as my primary mode of transport. I enjoy good food/wine as well as cooking for friends and family. I believe in the law of attraction and that positivity attracts positive results. I consider myself a student in the school of life and enjoy learning something new each day.

I have an ergometer at home that I use everyday and you are so right - technique is vital!

I am too hard on myself sometimes even more so now because I use to work out 6 days a week, sometimes a back to back class/workout. I'm find it hard to do these days..even just 4 days. I really don't know what's wrong with me. I think I'm just tired of myself. I need to work on my own self love. :-) thanks again! emoticon
