I made the oats with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove with a little brown sugar....to much milk but I survived....I prepared for tomorrows already and I am going to do pb and banana with it.

Okay I like your idea of the rolled oats in milk over night and just heat it up. what is the portions you use as I seem to fail at making this lol. I love it though and it is a heart healthy food which is part of my diet plan from the doctor.
