My Program:
I am NOT on a DIET, That word is banned from our house. I want this 'Change of Lifestyle' to stay forever.

Personal Information:
I am not going to put my age #cos you have to keep updating it, so suffice to say that I'm over 55! I am married to a wonderful person called Pete who is 10 years younger than me. He has joined SP and is CATMAN124. Together we are going to make it!!!!!
My Mum is still alive and well and lives in North Wales and we visit her as often as possible.
I took early retirement from the Bank in 2006 after 36 years ( murderers get to serve less time than that )
I have decided that I must try to get as much weight off as possible and have lost nearly a stone in the past year which is quite good but need to do much more.

HI Jude

Pinarello make fantastic bikes but at my price point (1000 - 1200) they only have a Tiagra groupset and an aluminium frame. I've got that now with my Giant Defy 2. I am after Carbon Fibre with at least a shimano 105 groupset (gears) or maybe and SRAM Rival. Upgrading is the name of the game :-)

Thanks though, I've had a good old trunk around on the web for Pinarello near you.

Happy Decorating
Raffie

Hiya

A nappy cake is a cake shape (like a wedding cake shape) made from disposable nappies, new ones. Then you decorate them with a teddy on the top, some socks rolled up and tweaked about until they look like roses, the wrap ribbon around and voila, a nappy cake. Then you wrap the whole lot up in pretty cellophane, stick a bow on it and deliver it to the prospecive Mum at her baby shower or to her home. They tend to be given as gifts by friends and family. Its a very American thing but they are a growing business over here.
We make little hamper baskets full of goodies too, for those who don't want a nappy cake. When I have some pics up, I will send over my web address.
